Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RedRun ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification.
Service Description
RedRun provides aggregated Alaska fishing data including salmon escapement counts, ADF&G emergency orders, marine weather conditions, ex-vessel pricing, and related information. Data is sourced from public government agencies and is provided "as is" for informational purposes. RedRun is not a substitute for official ADF&G communications or regulatory guidance.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions & Billing
The free tier provides limited access to RedRun features. The Captain's Choice subscription ($29.99/season) provides full access. Subscriptions are billed through Apple (iOS) or RevenueCat (web) and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and RevenueCat's refund policies.
Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the data programmatically without written permission; (c) share account credentials with others; (d) use the Service to gain unfair competitive advantage through data manipulation or interference with other users.
Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, RedRun does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data displayed. Fishing data is sourced from public agencies and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify critical information (emergency orders, closures, regulations) directly with ADF&G before making fishing decisions.
Intellectual Property
The RedRun platform, including its design, code, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by RedRun. Public fishing data (ADF&G, NOAA) remains in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the RedRun platform or its proprietary features without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
RedRun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost profits, fishing losses, regulatory violations, or decisions made based on data displayed on the platform. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@redrunfishing.com.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Anchorage, Alaska.
